As a Senior Recruiting Manager at RPL International, she specializes in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology recruitment, driving strategic hiring solutions for businesses across various sectors. Before joining RPL International, Natasha held leadership roles at one of the nation’s top-ranked executive search firms. She managed Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations searches, building strong relationships with Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized firms, and startups.

Her recruiting career began at Affinity Resources, where she played a pivotal role in Business Development and Recruitment for Engineering, Professional, and Scientific fields, earning President’s Club recognition for her outstanding performance.

Natasha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, with concentrations in Business Administration and Cognitive Sciences. She was actively involved in leadership and academic excellence, achieving Dean’s List honors for ten semesters and serving as Philanthropy Chair for Delta Delta Delta Sorority, supporting St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
